A simple question for you:

Which of the two items in the photo do you think could be for sale in 5 to 8 years?

Maybe this seems like a very simplistic and laughable question to you, but now let me ask another; which cost more? If the sofa cost more and you know in advance you will one day want to sell it, which is WORTH more?

Sometimes things may seem expensive in the beginning, but only very select things in life can go from expensive to priceless in a very short span of time.
